1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 16:00 (UTC+8) will be processed on the same business day; orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day. Pre-sale or made-to-order items may require 3–5 business days of processing time, as stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Destinations & Services

We offer shipping to most regions worldwide, including but not limited to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and other major countries.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or sanctioned countries/regions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, subject to change without notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You may also track your order status in the “My Orders” section of our website.

5. Delivery Issues

Lost Package: If a package is confirmed lost in transit and has not been delivered within 30 days of shipping, we will resend the order or issue a full refund.
Damaged Package: Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Customs and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
